Scène (Scene LLC) provides restaurant marketing, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, review generation, digital signage, and business intelligence services. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement.

6. SMS Messaging Program
Scène Marketing sends appointment confirmations, meeting reminders, free audit result notifications, and follow-up messages to restaurant owners and business contacts who have opted in to receive SMS communications through our website.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to opt out. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
